www.thegeorgeinnfrant.co.uk In our opinion, the best village pub in the area, and one of the most beautiful walks from Flying Horse Cottage, across Broadwater Warren through Eridge Rocks, Eridge Park up the steep hill into Frant where you will find the George in the quaint high street with the magnificent village church of St. Albans just in front of you. The George has all the character of an old English pub and serves Harveys Ale with good traditional pub-grub. (1.5 hours walk/10 minute drive)
