www.the-beacon.co.uk A cross-country walk across Spratsbrook Farm to High Rocks, then through Friezland Wood and up a steep hill, the climb is well worth it for the superb views you get from the terrace at the Beacon looking south and west across to Bond’s Cottage, Broadwater Warren, Eridge Park and beyond. This is the place to relax on a sunny day. The interior has lots of character and Victorian charm. The food is great too! (35 minute walk/5 minute drive)
